The sales process involves several steps, from initial contact with a category manager/buyer/merchant, to setting the review meeting at the appropriate time, and then following up to secure distribution with the retailer.
Our team will ensure seamless setup of the vendor utilizing the specific retailer's online portals. We will setup all new items and make sure current items are all up to date. In some cases, we will route orders, schedule freight, and make sure the order was picked up and/or shipped on time. We will also ensure our vendors receive payment on time and in full. We check payment remittance and help file claims for incorrect deductions.
We will clearly identify your objectives for a promotional strategy and come up with a proposed budget. We will then put this program in place with the retailer. Promoting in store with a variety of promotional vehicles offered from the retailers is the key to a successful launch. We have partners that can help with out of store marketing strategies as well.
